Where is Graystone General Trading located?
Our office is located at Mussaffah M37, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We serve customers across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Al Ain and the wider United Arab Emirates, and we also handle export orders to the GCC.
Do you deliver across the UAE and the GCC?
Yes. Graystone General Trading delivers throughout Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE using our own transport and third-party logistics partners, and arranges freight to other GCC countries such as Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain on request.

Are your products genuine and certified?
We source only from approved manufacturers and authorised channels, including brands such as Kenwel and Acmilan alongside more than 20 other trusted suppliers. Products are supplied to their published specifications, and datasheets or certificates can be provided with your quotation.
How fast can you deliver in Abu Dhabi?
Stocked items are typically dispatched within one to two working days in Abu Dhabi, while indent or project-specific items depend on the manufacturer's lead time. We confirm the exact lead time in writing with every quotation.
